*This mod started as an attempt to fix KazuAlex’s sidebar mod which hasn’t worked since 2017. I ended up completely rewriting it and added things I wanted for myself.*

A simple sidebar that shows only the recruits you want and helps you bulk-hire in just a few clicks.
## ✨ Features
* **Filtered Sidebar**
Only displays recruits matching your criteria, so you spend less time scrolling through a list of recruits and playing the "How much money are you going to offer me" game and more time building your company.
* **Superstar-Only Toggle**
Show only superstar recruits by default. (Uncheck if you’d like to see all candidates.)
* **Minimum Speed Filter**
Set a minimum “speed” threshold for recruits to appear in the sidebar.
* Default: **800**
* Superstar maximum: **900**
* Tip: For beginner developers or any other role (max speed 200), lower your filter to < 200, change according to your needs.
* **Auto-Hire Candidates**
Automatically hire any recruit who meets your filters as soon as they appear.
* **Silent Mode**
Mute the sound when you manually hire through the sidebar or automatically hire a recruit.
* **Auto-Discard Non-Matches**
Instantly remove any recruit who fails your criteria–great for reducing recruiter-lag if you have many recruiters.
* **Bulk Recruiting Tool**
Select multiple recruiters, choose level (Beginner/Intermediate/Expert) and role, then assign headhunting tasks all at once–no more repetitive clicks!
