A: In Milira society, males are so scarce that they can almost be ignored, which makes it hard for a male Milira to show difference from the females…
In plain words, I don’t have the technical ability to create a completely new male Milira.
Moreover, Ancot, the author of the Milira race, has agreed this is acceptable.

A: The body texture of male Milira in your save may bug out, but it will NOT DESTROY the save.
