Quick and dirty mod to fix some issues Tenochtitlan has.

– Fixes Great Temple of Tenochtitlan being unobtainable.
– Fixes wrong Doom consequences.
– Adds a -50 monthly doom modifier to the Reformed Nahuatl Society government reform.
– Removes the "Reform Society" button while the country has the Reformed Nahuatl Society government reform.
