What this mod does:
> Stops Junior Union members from declaring external wars when Unified External Diplomacy policy is active.
> Allow Juniors to still declare war on overlords when all criteria needed are met. (Low Loyalty / Has Break Away CB )
What this mod does not do:
> Stops your Real Life partner from declaring war on your friends because you look at a map for too long.
What this mod might do:
> Corn.
Note:
The image is showing what the member under the PU sees, i did not add a tooltip becuase the amount of players who play as a PU junior will probably be less than 5 total, and if they are using this mod they should know why they can’t declare a war.
