John Doe

Inspired by his appearance in Forsaken, I have made a version of John Doe for Yomi
He is a weird character that wants to apply his debuff on the enemy (via his projectiles) to get armor on certain moves, as well as having some interactions when flipping moves.
I recommend using codex when learning the character to learn mechanics.
Codex will also give access to a couple achievements
