Better Mulchtubes

Let’s face it. Mulchtubes are pretty terrible at their job.

They change soil conditions extremely slowly, much slower than Giant’s Grass, and their sweet syrup production isn’t worth it.

This mod aims to correct that. Now, mulchtubes will have a 10% effect soil condition instead of just 3%. Additionally, they can now also transform gravel into sand, and dead soil into gravel. They do not affect tiles that are flagged as unusable.
