Buzzsaw is the kind of gunner anyone would want at their side in the middle of a guerrilla war.
He never parts with his MG42, calling it his “best friend”—a friend that has never let him down.
Two years ago, in a battle fought in the name of communism, he and his unit found themselves surrounded by Protestant fighters in a brutal ambush. One of his junior officers, a man known only as Marx, had a flash of genius: he ordered Buzzsaw to mount his weapon on a rotating stand right in the center of Pantagruel Square.
The fight exploded instantly. Bullets rained from every direction while the communist rebels bled, fought, and sacrificed everything for survival. With a sharp command that echoed across the city, Marx ordered his men to hit the ground and threw two smoke grenades at their feet. That was the moment Buzzsaw took the stage—sweeping his MG42 in a full 360-degree arc, shredding everything in sight.
Every window, doorway, crumbling wall, and piece of wooden furniture was torn apart by the deafening roar of his gunfire, dragging each enemy soul before the divine judgment of communism.
Word of his cold-blooded discipline and unbreakable will soon reached the ears of the Association of International Mercenaries.
Now, Eddie Leson—known to his comrades as Buzzsaw—offers his services to A.I.M., all while waging his personal war in the name of the hammer and sickle.
