Octavius Banalan, nicknamed Rafale, did not earn his name by chance.
An expert in handling all kinds of firearms, he came from France in search of greater financial independence and to put his expertise to use.
He joined the communist rebels in the Grand Chien region, drawn by some of their ideals, and was soon recognized as an elite fighter, battling closely alongside Chimurenga. He also trained some of the movement’s top marksmen, such as John “AIM” Butcher, Eddie “Buzzsaw” Leson, and many others.
Nowadays, he can be found on the International Mercenary Agency roster, affiliated with the Freedom Front.
His services come at a high, but entirely fair price, thanks to his exceptional versatility and secondary skills — such as operational field medical support taught to him by Logan “Angel” Aspan.
His expertise in repairing military equipment and handling explosives further justifies his pay.
