More Battle Markers
Increased the global battle marker cap (vampire raise dead sites) to 500.
The chances that fully AI fought battles will generate a battle marker, if all conditions apply, are now 50% instead of 100%.
This pretty much ensures that the player and AI will still be able to create battle markers in the mid/late game.
