Voice Patcher is a soft requirement. Technically it’s not needed but the voice pack supports a lot of events that are added by it and it also adds new events on top of that. There is no reason not to use it.

This mod also adds some "duplicate" squad emblems, you can remove them from XComLW_Content.ini in the config files. Just delete them, or make a local config where you just change the + to a – on the duplicate lines.
(this happens because i also added the emblems from the other voicepack)
