Adjusted Rome Formation
This mod adjusts the borders needed to form the Roman Empire to be closer to the core territories of the empire for much of its existence. It is based on the borders of the empire as of 395 AD. It isn’t perfect, but it should be better than vanilla. The northern border is instead the Rhine River and the Danube River; Mesopotamia and the Caucasus are not included, nor is Scotland or much of Morocco, unlike the vanilla formable.
