Res Publica Restituta (Start as Roman Republic)
With this mod, the Roman Republic can be played from the start of the game. One month after the start of the game, an event is triggered for the Papal States, which allows them to found the Roman Republic through an option.
You start as a one-location minor power with Rome as your location.
This mod also introduces a Roman culture.
