Description:

Allows you to actually use the Reformed Tawantinsuyu Monarchy government reform that’s already been added by Paradox, just implemented incorrectly. An event will fire if you have 50% crown power with the regular (unreformed) Tawantinsuyu Monarchy that switches you to the reformed version.

I buffed the reform because I think you should be rewarded for struggling through the early game as a native in the Andes.
