[2026.1] More accurate U-Boats characteristics: Speed & Charge overhaul
NEW COMPANY REQUIRED. This mod changes the characteristics of Type II, VII and IX submarines:
1) speed of boats in underwater position on electric motors are brought to historical values.
2) battery discharge as a function of speed are brought to historical values.
3) battery charging.

Discharging batteries (These values may not be entirely historical, but it’s worth considering that boats can have their batteries upgraded, which will change these values)
