Portugal-Castille Historical Friendship
Small mod that makes it so portugal and castille start at max relations, hopefully leading to less rivalry declerations at game start. The mod can be removed after the game has been saved since it uses pre-existing modifiers and relations. Thus it has zero use after the game has been initialized and can be removed at will with no impact on the game.
