In plain terms: To make cheating feel immersive, I designed a mod with extremely overpowered stats that still fit the setting.

This mod adds 10 innovations, 8 buildings, 5 Men-at-Arms types, 2 modifiers, and 1 trait.
(Note: The modifiers have no trigger conditions; add them via cheat commands:

Key features:

Innovations can be configured via game rules to select which cultures are allowed to unlock them (All, Chinese, West Germanic, North Germanic, Central Germanic, East Slavic, West Slavic, South Slavic, Frankish, Japanese).
Buildings: Can be configured via game rules to allow or prevent AI from constructing them (once the corresponding innovations are unlocked).
Men-at-Arms: Can be configured via game rules to allow or prevent AI from recruiting them (once the corresponding innovations are unlocked).
