Small fixes to Ending the Iberian Struggle, specifically to the "Dominate" decision, lowering the number of counties with the same culture and faith, from ALL counties to => 50%.

Buffed King Alfono III at 867 bookmark with more tropps and gold to increase AI success to win Duke Vimara’s Claim on Portucale.
