Village Coletown

This is a map with several rooms to rent and is compatible with alpha 10. It can basically be played as a kind of starting scenario (see description below).
DESCRIPTION:
A long time ago, you was born in the dying village of Coletown. Tired of this forlorn village and thus eager to start something new. After you had some debates with your parents about your business ideas, rumours have spread in your village that YOU are going to be the next big businessman. They say, "it might be the one making Coletown great again". Consequently, the warm-hearted people of Coletown are willing to support you in any way possible. The situation in a nutshell:
1) Your parents have agreed that you can use their garage for your work.
2) Nancy, the owner of the local bookstore, offered you to advertise your start-up and to handle requests from companies at her reception.
3) The chef of an italian restaurant joked that he would cook for all your employees for free and that you could once buy the nearby abandoned shopping mall. He even offered you to rent a dining room for team meatings, if necessary. Did the customers avoid the shopping mall because of the extreme heat or because of the unusual interior? At least there is a warehouse for the stores underneath the shopping mall that may be of use.
4) Once there was hope for the dying village of Coletown: A new project was initated which aimed at constructing a building complex to attract new enterprises for generating jobs. However, the project completely failed and was never completed. See yourself, it’s the unrepresentative building at the outskirts of Coletown. And again: The heat! It would have been a surprise, if they considered air conditioning.
Seems like this is going to be a hard task. All people of Coletown are counting on you!
However, the capacity of this town is limited. If you prove yourself in the challenging task of establishing a software enterprise, you may need to search for a new company location soon. In return of the support, you will certainly ensure that new enterprises will settle in Coletown. Good luck!
