Jaggid’s Faster Observation
This mod is a fork of my Faster Research mod, but with normal Research speeds. Observation is twice as fast as the default game, but research progress is not as fast. I did this by doubling the game constant for research speed, but lowering the efficiency of the research desks themselves to half their normal values.
Do NOT use this mod with my Custom Research speed mod, as that one will just override this one anyway. It is perfectly fine to use it with my High Tech Research Desk mod, however.
