Unrestricted Romance (All)

This mod removes vanilla hard-coded romance, seduction, and marriage restrictions for BOTH player-initiated and AI-controlled interactions.
All characters — player and AI alike — may initiate romance, seduction, and marriages without being blocked by faith rules, relationship restrictions, or hidden acceptance penalties that normally make certain interactions impossible.
This includes the complete removal of hard acceptance penalties that previously enforced absolute refusals, allowing relationships that vanilla rules silently forbid.
Unlike most similar mods, this mod does not merely unlock interaction buttons.
It also removes the underlying acceptance penalties that silently block outcomes, ensuring that unrestricted relationships actually function in practice.
All characters act under the same unrestricted ruleset.

In vanilla, certain marriages appear available but are effectively impossible due to hidden acceptance penalties (e.g. automatic -1000 refusal).
This mod removes those penalties, ensuring that such interactions can actually succeed instead of being silently blocked.
