Allows for the creation of customizable thrusters.

• Customizable thruster settings.
• Thruster removal ( R to remove all; RMB to remove the one you’re looking at )

* Fixed the hands not holding the tool properly.
+ Changed the thruster attachment logic to work better. ( no more visual vibration. )
