You invite with one Star of the City book.
His page comes with a dedicated (fixed) deck balanced arround his passives. You can transfer any of his passives to other pages if you wanna mess arround with em, too.
And uhhhhh yeah, have fun, the fight isn’t really that complicated either if you can build a solo character goodly enough.
