Noah is a brand new modded character with three soul hearts, low base damage, and a 1.25x tear rate multiplier. Noah is locked in any new save file, but you can unlock him by beating the boss inside the mirror in Downpour/Dross II.
Firing tears leaves a trail of blue creep that deals damage to (non-flying) enemies on top of it. The twist is that Noah’s movement is limited to the creep his tears produce, meaning you have to claim as much turf as possible in every room to defeat enemies and dodge bullets.
This mod also adds one new “challenge,” which is a fully-functional paint program within the game. Select and draw with creep using left click, Erase creep by holding right click, and use the scroll wheel to change brush size. The world is your canvas.

As of now (2/3/2026), there are no unlocks (besides unlocking the character), nor is there any Tainted form. It is unclear whether any of these will be worked on in the future.
