Standalone Flashlight [HL2/EP1]
Adds separate power source for flashlight independent from H.E.V. Auxiliary Power, in Half-Life 2 and Episode 1 campaigns. Basically adds Half-Life 2 Episode 2’s separate flashlight meter.
Restart the map after first installation to register new Episodic system or add following commands in HL2’s steam properties launch options: +hl2_episodic 1 +hl2_expansion ep2
This addon requires Dynamic Fire Glow addon for enabled Episodic behavior which is required for drawing flashlight meter on HUD. Without it player will have infinite flashlight without any meter but still independent from H.E.V. Auxiliary Power.
