Animal Tracks Outline
Highlights animals with an outline when Search Mode is on and the focus is set to Animal Tracks.
Outline transparency depends on the Tracking skill (0-10): no outline at level 0; base 10% at level 1, ramps up to about 43% at level 10.
Tracking animals is a difficult skill, which is further limited by the game’s visuals. Personally, I can’t see animals at all behind the textures of the forest. This mod makes it easier to find animals with your eyes. In addition, it’s not a cheat, as the brightness of the outline depends on the corresponding skill.
v0.1 – single player only.
v0.2 – The radius for drawing animal outlines has been increased to 50.
v0.3 – Animal carcasses are also traced using the same logic.
