Rebirth
A very simple mod that is intended to help mitigating the effects of popkill by giving dead and deserted provinces a tendency to repopulate slowly when the circumstances are right.
Each month, every low population province with Growth 1 or more has 10 percent chance per candle of gaining approximately 350 population. v1.00 also slightly increases province income, while v1.01 removes that component.
These chances are doubled in provinces under 1000 population, halved in provinces over 2500 population and in wastes, and entirely negated in provinces over 5000 population, in wastes over 2500 population, and in provinces with any Blood mage present.
