Description:

Useless hearts will be replaced by soul hearts

• Blue Baby, Tainted Blue Baby, Tainted Judas and Tainted Forgotten no longer generate red hearts.
• The Lost and Tainted Lost will replace hearts with coins.
• Compatible with co-op, characters have priority in converting hearts to make it playable.
• One coin for five coins, good offer.
