Alchemist – Lore of Fire & Astromancer – Lore of Life & Light(Grand Cathay Expanded Hero Skill Trees Submod)
IMPORTANT NOTE(!!!) – if you are subscribed to "Expanded Hero Skill Trees Compilation" from maffers you don’t need to use "Grand Cathay Expanded Hero Skill Trees" because skills from this mod were already included in compilation version. Just use one of them at the same time.
A simple mod that adds Alchemist Lore of Fire and Astromancer Lore of Life hero subtypes with their own skins, icons, portholes, art sets etc. On top of that these new agent subtypes have acces to new skills for Alchemist and Astromancers from Grand Cathay Expanded Hero Skill Trees mod, although I’ve made a few changes:
– replaced "Wizard of the Yellow Wind" skill with "Wizard of the Red Wind" for Lore of Fire Alchemists
– replaced "Wizard of the Blue Wind" skill with "Wizard of the Green Wind" for Lore of Life Astromancers
– replaced skill that adds bound spell "Searing Doom" with skill that adds bound spell "Fireball" for Lore of Fire Alchemists
– replaced "Master of Stone" specialization from Expanded Hero Skill Trees mod with my own custom skills because I feel like skills from this specialization don’t really fit the theme of Lore of Life. This only applies to lore of life & light astromancers.
– Astromancers with Lore of Life & Light have acces to Jade Longma Mount instead of Great Moon Bird, it was made purely because I don’t want to set SoC as requirement for mod only because of 1 mount option.
I’ve changed icons, portholes and skins of base game alchemists so they will look more distinct in comparison to alchemists with lore of fire, this may cause some compatibility issues with mods that change visuals of base game alchemists.
Lore of Shadow icon on one of my screenshot is from Blecco’s Shadow-Weaver mod. I might eventually add Atromancers with Lore of Light hero subtype in the future but I’m not sure at this point. I’m not going to make alchemists/astromancers with lores of death and beasts so please don’t ask about it in the comments.
