Greenland Approach
The orange man has followed through with his threats: the US attack on Greenland has begun. A carrier strike group is on it’s way up from the Carribean, and we must stop it before it arrives. We, that is the Greenlanders, the Danish, and their European neighbors. If we can sink the carrier, we might be able to hold off the US until they come to their senses.
This is mission 1 of the work in progress "Greenland 2026" campaign, set in May 2026. The missions show a fictional, but plausible attack scenario, and allow the player to conduct the defense of Greenland. Red side missions may be available too.
The missions require several additional mods to deliver modern units, but in some cases older units or slightly different units have been used until mods with more accurate replacements are available. For example, Denmark fields F-35C instead of F-35A, and the Danish frigate is a Dutch cosplayer. Several other European units are portrayed either as transferred to Denmark, or as placed under Danish/European command for the mission.
This is my first mission, I hope everything works. In any case, I am happy about feedback.
