Faster Universalis: Daily Tick Submod

- Changes from a 47- to 24-hour tick, as seen in other daily tick mods, and adjusts all affected settings accordingly.
- The game will still run faster than other daily tick mods from the other optimizations, but slower than the base Faster Universalis mod.
- Must be used with the Faster Universalis mod enabled at the same time.
- Should be placed below the base Faster Universalis mod (this should automatically be done by default)
