Description:

Mimics moonwalking behavior in more precise platform fighters, like Melee.
Most notably, moonwalk time is character-dependent, with variables being tweaked to try and remedy any issues that may cause by factoring in the character’s other variables into moonwalk acceleration. Generally, this makes moonwalking weaker, but I’m sure you could find an exception to this rule.
Mostly made this because I felt like if I didn’t make something tonight, I’d go insane. This likely will affect balance, but only marginally. It’s mostly here to feel less artificial, and I’ll likely keep making similar engine changes.

UPDATE (Like an hour later): guys i messed up. it’s ok i fixed it. i think. this should handle speed correctly now.
(And, as a result, moonwalks are no longer actually weaker. They’re probably generally stronger if anything, partly due to maintaining the 1.2x multiplier to moonwalk end speed that Rivals has. I’ll make a second version that tries to more accurately mimic Melee without having that, but I like this where it is now.)
