Mod: Adds new buildings, Scrap metal silo and Concrete silo.

This is my take on the ubiquitous Silo mod. They say not to fix what’s not broken, but that’s f*cking stupid. Besides, the other two silo mods on the workshop, Grain Silo (Re-upload) and (formerly, now fixed!) Yet Another Silos Mod, are unfortunately a bit broken.

The reason is because they have "Treat storage as device" enabled. What exactly does this mean? Well, the reason you put stuff into a device is for it to be worked on or consumed, like in a Furnace, for instance, or an Animal feeder. Thus, your survivors are far less inclined to pull resources from devices than pure storage; after all, you wouldn’t want to be crafting Carbon nanotubes only for some wanker to yoink the metal out of your 3D Printer just to build a Metal gate, right?

This is why when these mods are used, there are complaints of survivors fetching resources from much farther away rather than from their silos. Now that the problem has been identified, you can modify your copies of those mods if you insist on using them still, and that should fix the problem.

As for this mod, it introduces two new buildings: the Scrap metal silo and the more advanced Concrete silo. The basic Scrap metal silo is functionally like a Storage pile and will store an enormous amount of resources (100 slots!) under roof. It is constructed from 60 Scrap metal and 40 Metal alloys and locked behind the Storage silos technology.

The Concrete silo is a far more costly building requiring 4 Electronics, 80 Metal alloys and 320 Concrete, as well as consuming 30 Power. It stores an enormous amount of food (240 slots?!) frozen, and is unlocked by the Advanced silos technology, which is hidden by Storage silos and locked by Freezer tech.
