[GiC] E.G.O: Bird Trio Weapons + E.G.O: Twilight (Rework)

This currently adds 4 E.G.O. Weapons into Galaxy in Conflict. The E.G.O.s of each individual bird can be obtained and bought from Nazrin and the reworked/alternate Twilight can be obtained by combining the prior three.
Features:
E.G.O: Justitia
– Same primary moveset as Twilight and its predecessor, features a judgment scale alternate ability. Deals PSYCHIC damage and BLUNT.
E.G.O: Beak
– A pistol that outputs bullets laden in teeth and deals BLEED.
E.G.O: Lamp
– A staffed lamp that deals BLUNT, and a little of PSYCHIC and THERMAL.
E.G.O: Twilight
– Similar to its predecessor with the only difference being more evenly distributed status effects on each swing and a different alternate ability that isn’t just throwing the whole Apocalypse Bird at someone. Involves a lot of homing lasers and best fit for more open areas.
