No Cholesterol v1.3
This mod simply remove Fat Character. Only Medium and Standard Character available. Hope you guys like it.
Note: This change applies to most NPCs. Guards, priests, and city officials remain unchanged to avoid breaking the mod or the game. Some of them may still look VERY HEALTHY.
Update: Fixed missing NPCs (priests, guards, and certain city officials) caused by incorrect character templates, resulting in invisible NPCs / missing meshes.
