BDF Desert Digital Captured – T/A-30
"Early on in the conflict a Primevan Compass flown by an instructor and trainee out of Sandrift on a routine CAP flight mistakenly flew into Boscali airspace and was fired on by a BDF SPAAG. The trainee decided to set the jet down in an empty field, as he had doubt in his injured instructor’s ability to eject safely, and the two were returned to Primeva in a prisoner exchange the following month. The Compass was mostly salvageable leading the mechanic crews at K92 to restore it as a passion project, however K92’s lack of facilities to properly paint the aircraft forced the maintainers to rattle can and stencil IFF markings over the PALA camo, and the jet’s unofficial status in the BDF inventory let the personnel of K92 use it as their canvas, much to the dismay of every officer that passed through."
PALA Desert Digital camo for the Compass on BDF with Boscali IFF markings and random doodles throughout. I thought it would be a cool experiment to swap camo schemes between the two factions and try and make it work from an in-universe standpoint.
