Reinforcements – Adeptus Custodes – New Faction
The Adeptus Custodes have arrived on Gladius.
The Adeptus Custodes are versatile elite warriors able to face any challenge. They are accompanied by the Sisters of Silence, specialist in combating Psykers.
Every Custodian Guard is a hero unit and can switch between two different martial stances, the Dacatarai and Rendax stances. Doing so changes the units abilities, allowing them to adjust to different scenarios and roles.
Furthermore you may switch between different fighting styles which will give every Custodian Guard a benefit depending on their current stance.
Sisters of Silence are powerful anti-psyker combatants. They take reduced damage from psychic powers and deal increased damage to enemy psykers. They may also join different chambers of their Sisterhood to gain further benefits against specific enemy types.
You have two different types of city available to you. Your primary city is the only one able to recruit Custodian Guards. Furthermore additional cities are limited in size to one tile.
