Yume nikki – Mall Rooftop
I decided to make this animated background since i love this game’s aesthetic, plus the soundtrack is very lovely.
Since the original resources are tilesets, i’ve had to reconstruct the building, if you see the building a bit different is beacuse of that. I also modified the original background a tiny bit to make the cloud movement (if you disable the movement it will look like the original, you probaly won’t notice it’s modified)
I also tried to adjust the view to make it look good on mobile devices.
Notes:
-This wallpaper was made with the "cover" alignment in mind, the other alignments are not recommended (unless you really want to use them).
-The "BG position" slider only moves the background diagonally, unfortunately i could’t found a more convenient way to make a vertical and horizontal sliders.
-These assets are not made by me, they’re originally made by Kikiyama (no idea if the background is made by them or not). I just edited and re-used the assets in order to make this background.
The music is also made by Kikiyama!!.
That’s it, i might update this wallpaper if i’m able to (perhaps animate the cat or Madostsuki’s hair), don’t expect too much from me since this is my first custom background and probably the last one since i’m not interested into making more (that might change in the future, who knows..)
