Slightly Improved Whaling
Slightly buffs the whaling stations. This is done by adding in +10 fish as a byproduct (representing side-industries, as well as the fact that whale-meat was during the time period perceived as seafood), and increasing oil production by +5 across each production method.
This is not meant to be an enormous buff, but just a mod to make the industry slightly more useful.
