1. Locate and Capture Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman, he must survive.
2. Secure the informant in the area.
3. Eliminate the Weapons Cache.

There are some creative liberties taken here, it is rumored that the only US forces involved in the actual capture were the United States Marshals, but BA only has Delta, so that’s what you’ve got. Use Reserve Marines provided to replicate Mexican Marines.
