Everlasting Landfriede – Fix
Fix for the everlasting Landfriede in HRE.
Overwriting the parliament issue for enforcing Internal Peace by impleting a pop-up at the end of the period to remove the modifier.
Also include the event landfriede_clear.1 for the debug mode to remove the modifier manually.
Works for ongoing saves, but note that if the modifier is already active, you will have to remove it first through the console commands.
