Longer Lease & Office Seat
This mod extends office seating capacity and lease duration to reduce early rebuilding, cut down micromanagement, and better support growing dynasties—especially in mid to late game. Designed to feel natural within normal gameplay progression while making long-term planning more rewarding.
This version for balanced pacing and progression. (Seats: 7 Rounds / Lease: 4 Rounds)
Additional balance presets are available exclusively on Nexus Mods for players who prefer different pacing styles:
i. Vanilla+: Seats: 5 Rounds / Lease: 2 Rounds
ii. Balanced: Seats: 6 Rounds / Lease: 3 Rounds
iii. Extended: Seats: 8 Rounds / Lease: 5 Rounds
iv. Roleplay: Seats: 10 Rounds / Lease: 6 Rounds
These are alternative presets, not addons.
Important: Choose ONE version only. Do NOT use multiple versions together.
