天朝体验优化/Improved Playability for CHI
优化了天朝地区的游玩体验。主要修改如下：
1.大明现在可以在红巾军局势结束后正确地成立天朝了；
2.调整了天朝组织的行动花费。
3.科举现在能招募到更人才的人才。
4.调整了了CHI专属革新的数值，使其更加符合专属革新的应有强度。
5.长城现在会减少当地叛乱度，并且新增了两处可建造地点，使总数达到80段。
6.调整了中华地区的天然港口区位度，以还原现实中的几大良港。
Improvements to playability in the China region:
1.Ming can now properly form the Celestial Empire once the Red Turban Rebellion situation has concluded.
2.Adjusted the action costs of the Celestial Empire organization.
3.The Imperial Examination can now recruit more talented individuals.
4.Adjusted the values of CHI-exclusive innovations to better reflect the intended strength of exclusive innovations.
5.The Great Wall now reduces local unrest and has two additional buildable locations, bringing the total number of segments to 80.
6.Rebalanced natural harbor in locations across China to better represent major historical ports.
