Unlocks all Low Franconian culture advances for the Netherlands tag.

Once you form the Netherlands, all Low Franconian country advances become visible. Each advance can only be researched after the original country it came from no longer exists.

Example: to research Flemish Cloth, Flanders must no longer exist.
