Pianosaurus is a character in Poppy Playtime and is exclusively featured in its fourth installment, Chapter 4: Safe Haven, in which he made his in-game debut.

Pianosaurus was a dinosaur-piano hybrid toy created and produced by Playtime Co. Like many of the company’s other characters, his likeness was used to create an oversized organism under the Bigger Bodies Initiative. This organism was created in 1990[1] – the subject being an unknown child – and was Playtime Co.’s 1163rd experiment, under the designation of Experiment 1163. The latter was deemed a failure by Dr. Harley Sawyer, being assigned to testing as a result. He met his demise in 2005 at the hands of Doey the Doughman, who ate him.
