(Old Version) Some Cimmerian Units

Adds some Cimmerian units and some reskins for hittite generals for the cimmerians, Right now its just the medium
bow, axe, and sword, club and heavy bow and heavy sword with small shield, but I will probably add more.
Cimmerian Axe Warband
Steppe Horse Warriors
Steppe Horsemen
Cimmerian Archers
Cimmerian Recruits
Steppe Horse Archers
Cimmerian Axe Riders
Cimmerian Archer Chariots
Cimmerian Swordsmen
Cimmerian Skirmishers
Also it adds the cimmerians to the nomadic tribes for the pillars of civilization
(this part probably wont work if used with other mods that use phar_pillars_civilization.lua)
The Cimmerians also get regionless and desertion immunity because idk how to make hordes and if I could I would do that instead of this, it also kinda lets you abandon all your settlements and just move.
No clue if the ai will recruit these btw
