Šaugšamuwa, Hazannu of Amurru, descendant of Abdi-Ashirta. Abdi-Ashirta[en.wikipedia.org] is famous for his Conquest of Canaan, some say he was an Habiru, some that he only employed Habiru mercenaries for his own ambitions. His ascendance would eventually be made ‘not’ by the Pharaoh. He was then inherited by Aziru[en.wikipedia.org], who walked in his papy’s shoes, he would also swear his Kingdom to Hatti as an vassal. Bentešina would play a part in helping Hattušiliš III onto the throne, who conducted an blitz civil war to take the throne is Hattušaš. Hattušiliš being the granpapy of Šuppiluliumaš and uncle to Kuruntiyaš. Bentešina is the papy of Šaugšamuwa. Amurru would eventually go out with the bronze age collapse (maybe, thought so). This is the world Amurru finds itself in. Far from its glory days of attempting to conquer Canaan, insecure borders.
