Enforce Confedration
This mod enabled all factions to confederate other same culture factions (factions that you can confederation via diplomacy) and get their characters upon capturing their last settlement. It seems I can’t easily add a new occupation option, so this mod will overwrite sack when the requirements of enforcing confederation are met.
This mod should be compatible with everything and saved games.
