Kenshi Skeleton Race
Adds the Skeleton race from Kenshi, as well as a Skeleton faction, the Black Desert Skeletons. They also have custom names and some custom backstories. They should spawn in all player factions, as wanderers, and as part of the included faction. Currently, they can wear hats and shirts unlike in Kenshi. Like mechanoids, they are comfortable in practically any temperature and have a small amount of natural protection. They have a custom bodytype with most organs and bones replaced by robotic parts, but the parts still work the same as the human equivalents. They have no food need, but still have the other normal pawn needs.

December 13th, 2020 UPDATE:
-Removed requirement for [O21] Toolbox and reverted food need.
-Food need is back, with 0.02 hunger rate as before.
-Food-related thoughts and traits are disabled. However, I believe these thoughts and traits will still persist if they are currently active on a pawn.
-Corpse-related thoughts such as eating humanlike meat and seeing/butchering humanlike corpses have been disabled. Skeletons still have thoughts about seeing corpses of friends/relatives/colonists.
