As something of a woke liberal myself (I didn’t mind dracthyr appearance) I have a solution to your problems:
By leveraging DEI and culture divergence machanics the scourge will become more diverse than ever before.
The first time you corrupt any new culture the mod will automatically create a new undead variant of it. Every county that is corrupted afterwards will be merged into that new culture.
Also most (unsolved exceptions) characters from cultures with undead heritage will spawn as undead regardless of government form. No more lordearonians larping as forsaken to simp for Sylvanas.
