Adds more succession laws:
Favored Child Succession
(Favors sons over daughters.)
Favored Child with Gender Equality
Republic 4 Years Term (Female allowed)
(Favors men over women)
Republic 4 Years Term with Gender Equality
The laws with gender equal succession require a new government reform "Gender Equality for Succession Laws", available from age of revolutions, that reduces clergy estate satisfaction and requires high values for Liberalism and Innovative (+ gives another government reform slot).
Ranking puts more emphasis on diplomatic ability, because "it represents how liked a character is".
Additionally there is a small random element to the ranking. Which republic in history voted consistently for the best candidate?
Removed care_about_producing_heirs for some republic succession laws, because they should not care about heirs.
Not compatible with mods that add/change government reforms or succession laws.
